Oh no! We do our very best to get Budsies created and delivered on time. But Budsies have a highly custom, hand-made creation process so sometimes even we need a little more time.

Here's what to do:

  • If you ordered your Budsie less than two weeks ago, please kindly remember the turnaround time you selected during the creation process. You can also find the turnaround time for your order in the order confirmation we sent via email from support@budsies.com. We appreciate your patience during the Budsification process
  • Rush Orders: If you paid extra for expedited creation + delivery and your Budsie arrived after the guaranteed date, we will gladly refund your expedited charges. Please use the New Ticket button above to let us know!
  • Standard Orders: We do our very best to ship out your Budsies in time for our estimated shipment date. However, please note that each Budsie is hand-made so there might be a little variance (our only guaranteed delivery times are for Rush Turnaround orders). Please accept our apologies if your Budsie arrived a little late.
  • US Postal Service Errors: Did the USPS lose your Budsie or deliver it to the wrong address? Please submit a ticket using the button above and let us know. We'll work with you and the USPS to fix the situation (or make a whole new Budsie for you).
