- We guarantee to meet the shipping deadlines set by our air mail carriers (e.g., US Postal Service). Every once in a blue moon, a package does get delayed along the way for reasons beyond our control
- If you purchased a holiday rush upgrade and in unlikely event we cannot meet the holiday deadline, we will refund your upgrade fee
- We are not responsible for prolonged customer communication delays (e.g., we ask you a clarification question about your item and you take more than 3 days to reply)
